Felicia Stroud, the property manager, not sure who she thinks she is.. or what drugs she is on because wow. Piece of work. And over simple stuff. She has said some very offensive stuff.. that in 2022 people should not be hearing. If I knew how awful the property management was I would have never moved here. They extort, lie, and cost you $$$ with their incompetence. And this is the first time im reading the reviews and it seems I’m not the only one with this experience!! I’ve lived in several communities around south florida, and have never had problems.. there is definitely something not right with these ppl, and it concerns me they have all my information… my identity has been compromised 2x since living here. Also DEFINITELY do not live here if you have kids…

Avoid this complex at all costs. Since the management changed it is like living in a concentration camp with Felica Strode, site manager being the commandant. They are now dishonest and petty. Live anywhere else but here.

Great experience at lake view . Jared is a great landlord very responsive when needing immediate assistance with anything for the property . The apartment is very spacious and worth the experience. I would definitely recommend renting a home at lake view .

Love it. Property manager Felicia is the best!! I couldn’t get in contact with manager of my unit and she assisted me in handling the problem right away. It’s very quiet and the property is well kept. I haven’t had any issues and I love how you receive emails letting you know what’s going with with the property i.e pressure cleaning etc. I feel comfortable when I’m coming home from work at night because you constantly see security riding around patrolling. In my opinion it’s a great place to live!!

Depends what building you live in. 2880 and 2890 have a very poor parking design and not enough spaces for both buildings. Fyi....according to the Florida statue 718, it is against the law to restrict anyone from common elements, pool, parking ots, stairs etc. If a occupant of a unit becomes 90 days delinquent in hoa fees then a committee can restrict the occupant from using amenities but not the parking lot or stairs. Paying for parking is against fla laws.
Because unfortunately the association is controlled by a board of investors who own multiple units and to them it is all about number's. Currently the board only meets once a year as required by law and none of the board reside on tje property so none of the boatd gives AF.
I also agree. Very friendly neighborhood and very safe to live in.
No your purchasing into a HOA but there is min 600 score required to rent a condo. Motorcycles are not permitted overnight.
