While I don't live in this neighborhood and didn't spend all that much time there,I will say the grounds are kept neat and groomed, beautiful lake in the middle of the neighborhood, the 2 bedroom apartment I was at had a really nice layout to it. The only thing I'm not aware of are the prices or if units are available. I know I would most DEFINITELY live there! Hope this helps anyone that's interested in this neighborhood! Go for it!

Beautiful gated community is a tranquil hidden gem off West Oakland Blvd. A large shady tree canapy covers most of the grounds, its wild life preserve and provides water views for most residents. Petfriendly grounds with an lot of grass and paths for pets and nice walks. My neighbors are nice and look out for eachother. The parking rules are strict but if you follow them, there is no problem. IE: Guests cannot park for more than 14 days a month.
