Do you have water exercises for older people with arthritis? And is there someone there to teach/guide the best exercises for older people with arthritis?

There is a pool but it is not open often. There are classes for. Seniors however.

Tuesday and Thursday nights there are water aerobics classes

There is a pool and they do have aquatic classes.
