It has an coffee shop with tables inside and I dont recall seeing a sign that says you cant but this is an museum so you should assume that you cant. Also they search your bags upon entry so you cant sneak anything in.

The cafe looked pretty good and they have a small coffee card nearby that also sells smaller food items. If you were to bring food with you you would only be able to eat it outside and the cafe area as there are security people watching all of the rooms and I'm sure if they saw you eating or drinking anything they would escort you out
