Plantation Village, a non-profit, is run by LCS. There is a financial qualification.
As stated above, it is a non profit. It's not cheap, but for a CCRC and the quality of the staff, food and grounds I think it's a bargain. Cost depends on accommodations. Range from small apartments to cottages. Also 2 different plans: less expensive is 50% of joining fee gets returned to resident/family upon leaving, more expensive returns (i think) 90%.
