I have worked here for 3 years and I am proud to be part of a team that puts residents first! The culture is one of connectedness and caring, and this translates to associates and our families.

I think that plantation village is just a beautiful facility. I have been looking around for options for my parents, because they are thinking of the future, but we decided to go ahead and get a place here, now. First it is just beautiful with walking pathways, bridges, and a large pond. (We saw turtles sunning themselves near the bridge!) Plus they have physical fitness, therapy, swimming, and other country club type amenities. They have fun social outings and events. They are located close to the beach, a golf club and shops. In addition to it just feeling like a condominium type community, I have the peace of mind that emergency services and any needed care is just a step away. I have looked at other places, but we are so happy we found this one. All of the people are so helpful and friendly. A lady named Lisa Polanski helped us. Ask for her! She is fantastic and so knowledgeable and accommodating to what my parents need at this stage and for in the future. Can't say enough good things about this place. I wish they would lower the age requirement so I could move in!

I love PV! The staff is welcoming and supportive of both their coworkers and their residents. They're actively looking for new hires, and residents to welcome to the community! It's a beautiful campus, with great food, and fun places of recreation. My experience with PV has been OUTSTANDING!

We have only toured Plantation Village but it was absolutely beautiful - the kind of place that anyone would feel very lucky to live there! We know one of the employees and through her we have learned that the staff are all caring people. The only negative is the price.
