Around 375.00 a month electricity included. It is not ocean front but within walking distance. We have a couch here and come down about twice a month it is safe and people watch out for us.
You would need to call the RV park and inquire. I beleive they have nice and natural areas also. Beautiful ocean front. We always enjoyed this place. Near everything you qould like to visit or explore. Love it. The showers are amazing!
