Was Zio Fraedos ever called Admiral Calaghan's?

Never called Admial Callaghan. That's a street paralleling the freeway. I watched when Mike Kramer paid to have them roll 2 old Vallejo homes to the site in the marina then convert them into 1 building. He called it: REMARK. ( Kramer backwards) Harbor house Water barge ZIOS Great food & drinks @ every iteration though. In fact I'm going today for SuperBowl.
