I think it depends on the time. I have called in the morning when it slow and immediately got a response. When tey get busy though it is more difficult to get through.

Occassionally yes. Usually the operator which I believe is the the customer service/returns counter will pick up but usually can't get ahold on people in individual departments

You call and maybe get someone to answer, but you need a certain department, guess what no answer or oh! disconnected

Wal-Mart is geared for maximum discount, so it's not set up for much individualized service. Better to just go in person.
