Unfortunately customer service is a dying art. Most of the time when you get good customer service, the person is middle aged or half a century. Good luck, when you receive "Excellent Customer Service" let the company know. Most of the time WE spend our time calling or posting about "HORRIBLE or BAD SERVICES" Share some GOOD NEWS TOO!!!

Unfortunately not everyone has that same knowledge of excellent customer service. Hopefully next time you have a better experience.
