I always use the Trip Planner at 511.org. You can enter your starting point and destination address, and you will get a detailed transportation itinerary. It gives you Bus and BART info. You'll get multiple departure/arrival times. I find it very helpful.
Catch the 1 bus to Seminary and catch a 45 down to Coliseum Bart then catch a 46 bus
