Why on earth does no one answer the phone?? Worst customer service of any store I've been too.

To my knowledge, having been there several times, they don't have enough staff to do the work required. I have found them to be friendly & helpful.

They are very unprofessional at this location.

Because the store is understaffed. The associates here are friendly and helpful, but there are just too few to help everyone who needs it
