Why do you have a phone? No one answers. Understaffed is only an excuse. You serve customers in the store so why not on the phone

I'm in agreement and more. I avoid this Walmart like the plague. The employees are rude and constantly in the way. Half of them don't speak a single word of English. The aisles in the grocery area are constantly blocked by pallets. The produce department is cramped because there are an average of 4 employees there at any given time that make it impossible to shop. There are a few star employees but they're very hard to find. Also, the parking lot is a hassle, can never seem to get around because the huge security truck is constantly in the way. And yes.. as someone previously stated, they NEVER answer the phone. Go to plaza parkway Walmart for a FAR more tolerable shopping experience. I only shop here when I absolutely have to. I stopped counting after 15 (fifteen) bad experiences in a row.

They have phones so that customers think they are an important business when they hear them ringing in the background. But whatever you do, DO NOT ANSWER. The person on the other side of the phone may ask you to work.

People have phones cuz they need it ! Just go inside if they don't answer. I don't know why they don't answer their phones. Did U talk to customer service ? If that doesn't work call their Boss the company boss & make a complaint !
