Can do the visit over there they have monitors with phone receivers attached to them and cameras so that they can see you and you can see them and then you talk on the phone receiver or you can do the video visit by via your cell phone you have to have a ear earphones with a microphone so that they can hear you and it's easy to do that by downloading their app which is called vismobile
Well, i am not computer literate at all, so i have a computer person do things for me, she registered me online however when it came time to schedule the actual visit because the person is in protective custody it said something about video visit only or something to that nature and she wasn't sure like do you come there to get on the computer or can you do it from home I mean how is it done
