My wife lost her valid driver's license, can she gets a replacement by mail, or does she have to make an appointment and go to the DMV office to get a replacement.

She would have to go to the DMV to get a temporary replacement until a new drivers license arrives in the mail. Cost about $35 I believe

You have to go to the DMV and get a replacement too much fraud goes on over the mail so they don't do it like that
