I just took a drive through there so I can see how things are now. I grew up there and I have many wonderful memories. From what I can see now, the place looks amazing. Whoever the management is now, they are doing a great job at keeping the property up and I didn't see any BS trash or graffiti. It's a great place to raise a family.

This is a mobile home park. I do not live here. I cannot answer questions about the park itself. The park has a community room where I go for a knitting meet-up weekly. This review is only about the community room. A resident of the park must reserve the room and must be present when guests are using the room. The room is spacious, with good lighting. There is a small kitchen attached where we can make lunch. There are plenty of parking spaces very close to the room. The management office adjoins the community room. The staff is friendly and polite. It has been very pleasant to hold our meet-up at Monterey Oaks.

This is a manufactured home community that is well kept and modern. All sites are up to high standards that rival any traditional housing development. There is a community center with a pool, small fitness area and large meeting room. Also tennis courts and grassy areas for those staying active. Overall a nice place to live - completely changed my view of what these places could be.
