Dr. Kriegstein is fantastic. Honestly, every person who I've come in contact with at this office is amazing and should teach "customer Support." The entire experience EVERY TIME is as you would expect all businesses to run, but most do not. They are SUPER efficient, friendly, thorough, prompt, organized, informative/experienced, I could go on and on. Best consistent customer experience I've had ANYWHERE in 20 years for sure!

I can not say how pleased I am with the dentists and staff at Glen Dental. They have made this trying situation as good as possible. They have gone out of their way to check up on my recovery and be sure that all is going as it should. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of getting implants.

Dr. Kriegstein is very kind and friendly. I like how he engages with the patient and explained everything he was going to be doing so there was no confusion or worry on my end. I loved the staff they were all really nice and helpful. From the warm welcome when I walked in, that made me feel comfortable and welcomed, to the easy check in. Kelly was a huge help explaining my dental plan going forward very thoroughly, she even went out of her way to find me dates in the future that fit around my schedule. A+ Service! They also laughed at my jokes so that was definitely a plus 😜. Overall it was a great experience. I can admit I’m not one that looks forward to going to the dentist, but after the great experience I had here today with the doctor and the staff, I know I’m in great hands and will continue to come to The Glen Dental for all my dental needs.

Hello Steph, Thank you for the question. Yes we do have lots of patients with Delta Dental Insurance. It is important to know we are NOT in Network with Delta Dental. What that means is you pay for the services at the time of your appointment and Delta Dental will reimburse you directly. The direct reimbursement to you is usually made in 7-10 days.
