Evergreen Community Center is awesome. My daughter Mari went to Pre-K there, the staff is friendly and Mari loved her teacher. I also attend Church services at Corner Stone Church on Sundays at the Community Center, Armando and Joanne bring a raw and uncut ministry of the Bible and keep it real when interpreting the scriptures.

how much do you charge to rent a large room for an event? Can the room br rented for more than 1 day? We are seniors in The Villages and we need space for an event for a non-profit group.

I don't have the cost schedule for renting the multipurpose room. For complete information call 408-270-2220 and ask for Maria.. She schedules all the rentals. The room is used daily for the senior nutrition program so it is unavailable till about 1:30. If you drop at lunchtime ask for Burt I can show you the place and introduce you to Maria.

Monday - Saturday ,. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Drop by and pick up the brochure. Lots of classes and activities. The Senior Nutrition Program serves a good lunch every week day.

Yes it is a public park free parking and restrooms Hours are 7am to dark
