Reservations a good idea. We sat at bar because we didn't have reservations. Yes, full menu available for lunch.
Depends on day of the week, Friday is usually packed.

I suggest making reservations especially at lunch time. They have a lunch menu, but if you ask for an entree from the dinner menu, they will make it for you. Just don't expect quick delivery of the item at lunch. There's a reason why it is served at dinner time.
