Are toddlers/kids allowed? I really want to go but can't always guarantee a sitter.

I think they allow kids, i have seen them as long as they are with adults. But i would avoid night time especially Friday and sat nights

I think it depends on are of kid. I was a kid when we use to go all the time. My mom me and younger sister.
