Had to return Ishmael's harpoon after I borrowed it, and he was quiet pleased with the fact that I also had it sharpened, you could actually shave with it, it's that sharp. I was on my way back, minding my own business when I spotted the Giant Chef Restaurant and decided to have lunch, Ishmael was too excited about using his harpoon next weekend and overlooked our lunch agreement so I'll eat alone today. It's my first time at Giant Chef, I hope it's good....it wasn't! It was fantastic! 5 stars.

Man what a terrible expirence. I ordered my meal and received something entirely different from what I asked for after waiting nearly 50 minutes, the server said they would redo it but I was starving so I left the resteraunt in search of something quicker. Visiting from Seattle I went out of my way to visit this resteraunt based on the great reviews. However great was certainly not my expirence.

First time back since new owners. Ordered our favorite chicken fried steak and eggs. Steak burnt to a crisp, half the size and the gravy was cold. Price up to $18 ! Food server did not come to check on us after service, was busy laughing it up with the cooks. Won't be back and been coming for 3 decades.
