The guys here are great. The cranky lady who cuts the fabric isn't. She has come up on more than one FB page and so many others say the same thing. She is cranky. She is rude. Paramount is one of the last places I shop because she takes the fun out of shopping for fabric. I mentioned this to one of the guys there and he said she will give you the shirt off her back. I don't want her shirt. I don't need her to be my BFF. I just want her to be reasonably pleasant cutting my fabric. Oh and don't even mention cats as she will make it clear she doesn't like them and she absolutely does not want to hear anything about a quilt you're excited to be making for an auction to benefit rescue cats. Pluses: Delightful helpful fellows that work there. Lovely fabric selection, especially the batiks. = 11 stars Cons: Grumpy lady who cuts fabric who sometimes takes her time putting each and every bolt she has cut for you back together before she will ring up your order. = 0 stars. I would have given them 5 stats if I didn't have to dread dealing with the Grumpy cutting lady.
