Catie's Closet will definitely take and distribute prom dresses. They probably will not pick up unless you have many bags of clothes or live near a distribution center (Dracut or Hyde Park). You can however, print a shipping label for free from the website to ship clothes to them.
I'm not sure Caties Closet is the right place. Antons cleaners is sponsoring Belle of the Ball from Feb 4 to March 30. Drop off your prom dresses at any Anton's location.
