How do I get a hold of a real person with covid closure!?! I went to the office and it is closed to the public. I called the local number and it gave a faulty email to use and what is with the advertisements on the 800 number? HELP

You can set up an appointment to talk to a representative at the Redding office. I don't know the number off-hand but it's posted on the door.
