At first, i thought I had a great experience at fetch. The piercing experience was very nice and the piercer made me feel very comfortable. However, the piercing prices were not disclosed on their website, or in person. After selecting a piece of jewelry (which the price was not disclosed to me beforehand), we were met with an outrageous bill of over $130 for a helix piercing. The jewelry was very high quality, but it sucked that I fell in love with a piece of jewelry before ever being told the price. I did not find this out until today, when getting a different piercing at a different shop. The post fetch had put in my ear was too small to begin with. We went back into fetch twice previously to see if the post could be shortened- of course they said it wasn’t ready but it was already the shortened post upon piercing. After almost a year, the piercer at a different piercing place told me my piercing never properly healed and the post was too short. My piercing looks new despite it being done a year ago. Go to a different piercing place in Redding, preferably not this one. And if you do, make sure you know what your piercing needs to be properly cared for and how it is properly done before going in.

Everybody here is so kind, helpful and welcoming. The shop is very clean and very professional. Angel did an amazing job with my piercings. I would highly recommend Fetch and Angel to anybody looking to get pierced!

Will never go anywhere else. Luna did my conch piercing and even though I couldn't get it changed to a hoop for a year, they looked out for me by explaining that if I got the hoop it wouldn't allow the piercing to fully heal. Luna also did my second nostril. Each time she was so kind and informative. Her and Samara really have always made the experience so fun and they really are quite the comedy team. I have never met anyone there who did not have great customer service, and they always play good music and have unique pieces.Thank you Fetch!

So firstly I want to thank the stafff who helped me through my experience and being so well trained an caring when I passed out! It was quite the experience aha, I made it home safely, and it seems like my Medusa is healing up nicely! This is my 4th piercing and while it was definitely painful, due to the spot, my piercer did an amazing job with alignment on my crooked lips 🙏🤣 Definitely my favourite piercing studio in town now! I ended up getting exactly what I wanted as well, a Tigers Eye cabochon, for a great price too. All their jewlerly is high quality and they have more budget friendly items like my cabochon, to more expensive high end jewlerly like gold and specialty items. I'm definitely gonna reccomend yall, from cleanliness to professionalism to selection you guys are by far my favourite shop now 🙏

About 70$ with tax and baseline high quality jewelry... My suggestion is to get an extra peice of jewelry while you're there just in case the original jewelry gets lost... High quality jewelry is very important due to infection and allergy that can come with using lower quality jewelry. I always prepare with about 100$ for a single peircing... Always remember to follow the directions of your piercer to avoid unwanted issues... In my opinion the staff at Fetch are the best at what they do picked and hired by the best in the industry
As long as you sign the form, yes.
We tend to stay booked up solid a couple days in advance, however, on very rare occasions we can sneak in walk-ins if there is a last minute cancellation. We strongly recommend calling us during 11am-6pm to book an appointment a few days in advance :)

I believe that up until you are 18, they have to be present. They have no way to tell if the note or phone call is legitimate. Buuut you never know and it doesn't hurt to call and ask.
It depends on what size/type jewelry you want. It's worth going in & checking them out!! Rest assured, she'll be in "good hands"!! Everybody there is fantastic!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!!

We do, and can actually perform both of the piercings at the same time if you schedule an appt on a day with two piercers on shift. Jewelry ranges by style, most earrings start around $30. We dont use guns for any piercing at our studio, as they tend to be more painful, inconsistant, & unsafe.
We prefer to perform lip piercings on clients age 16 & older. We are willing to perform more advanced piercings on younger clients after a consultation with the client & their parent(s).
We pierce minors on a case by case basis as long as they have a parent present & proper paperwork. We will generally cut people off around 3 piercings per sitting.
We don't have a specific age requirement, instead we prefer to treat piercings on minors on a case by case basis. Stop by the studio sometime for a consult and we can figure out if it's going to be a suitable time to peform the piercing :)
We pierce with single use sterile needles. Piercing guns & similar devices are known to cause excess trauma. In addition, piercing guns cannot be fully sterilized between clients.
There isnt an age requirement for earlobe piercings, we just require kids to be able to verbally consent for themselves to have their earlobes pierced. Genital & nipple piercings are 18+. Most other piercings are 14+.
