The area under the falls was closed since I'd last been there when we went in late March. The viewing platform was nice and wheelchair assessable. You could see everything from there.

Sorry, there are several stairs down to the actual falls. However, there is a wheelchair accessible platform above the falls. Enclosed a link for all the falls https://blueridgemountainlife.com/wheelchair-waterfalls/ We hope you get to enjoy our beautiful NC treasures

There is a wheelchair accessible viewing platform with a good view. The falls are not wheelchair accessible.

There is a walkway wheelchair accessible but it doesn't go all the way to falls but gives a great view.

No they do not have wheelchair ramps. They also need to have a better parking area. It's very small and when its busy you cant get any parking.

You can see it from the parking lot but it's alot of stairs to get down to it

Unless they changed it recently, there were steps you had to go down. My wife who uses electric scooter couldnt make it down there.
