They do ask you to wear a mask, but it's not enforced. Some of the workers (looking at you pharmacy!) wear theirs below their noses like that's somehow going to be effective, especially the ones handling medication refills.*cough, cough* There are available hand sanitizing stations, but usually only in the front and near the grocery section by the meat. Social distancing is not encouraged as much as before either. Altogether, if you have a compromised immune system, follow CDC guidelines, try to order groceries delivered (which they do have a service for), and limit unnecessary exposure.
