I would definitely go into my papal account and see under your money where your transactions are and if it wasn't on there in at least a hour I would call or email PayPal immediately

Its been a while since i used pay pal but if i remember correctly, theres an area on your pay pal account in which you can apply the however or so many digits that are underneath the area you scratch off on the back.

There should be a customer service# on the card. I would call them.
