I took a pair of tennis shoes back on 10/30/20 because they didn't fit well. The clerk helped me find the right shoe. It took a while and she stayed with me until I found the right shoe.

This is the second time I have visited this location. Both times, both employees that were supposed to be working were just sitting outside the door smoking cigarettes. There was not an employee inside the store. As a matter of fact as we walked into the store through their cloud of smoke with our kids mind you, they said "We'll be in in a little bit." Not once while we were in the store did one of them even bother to stick their head in to see if we needed assistance. There were other customers in the store as well. We left, went down to the other show store were we shopped with great customer service and purchased. When we left that store, the two Shoe Show employees were still sitting outside. If it were possible to rate zero stars, I would.
