Vintage Audio Exchange does not offer audio transfer services like you reference. As noted in a previous response, if you have a turntable that will play 78's AND you have a PC/Mac with sound card connections, this can be done with a recording software and a good deal of patience. Sounds like a fun project.
If you have the necessary equipment and interface to transfer 33 1/3 lp's to CDs I do not see why that wouldn't work for a 78 RPM record also. I've never done it myself though.
