No one has been rude to me exact opposite very nice and professional
I've had the exact opposite experience at the Cadillac dealership. Had some serious issues with my car that another dealership didn't know how to fix in these folks did it immediately. During the experience, I only encountered highly customer-oriented employees in the service department. I can't speak for the sales department.
