Truly the very best car dealership around. You will not find friendlier people who are conscientious and attentive to your needs as a buyer!! I called and we came to terms over the phone- my trade was more than fair to me and they had the new car ready and displayed beautifully when I arrived! All within about 12 hours!!! No haggling and NO PRESSURE! Everyone from the GM to the service manager greeted me and my family was made comfortable while waiting(which was not long at all). If you want an experience that is focused on you and not on “getting the sale”- this is the place for you! They really understand the value of relationships! Go see them- you won’t regret it!!!

I could not have higher praise for Randy Marion Subaru. I had initially just stopped in to see a Crosstrek while shopping for a smaller SUV. My wife and I were met promptly outside by Adam Bobish. Adam generously allowed us to view and drive a used Crosstreks and answered the questions we had about them. We spoke briefly after that, left him my number, and let him know if interested we would be back. Adam was the epitome of what a salesperson should be. He never called to "push" the sale and is the most relaxed, laid back person you could meet. We came back to talk about pricing and decided to simply order a NEW Crosstrek since it was actually cheaper than a used and we could wait anyway. Adam sold the new Crosstrek to us for MSRP to which we were happy about and required no "haggling" (something I despise doing). Adam promptly ordered the car and we received in 5 weeks. On arrival to the dealership, Adam was prompt to meet us and let me do a quick once over of the car which was immaculate, before we headed to finance. We had already been preapproved at my credit union, but was willing to consider other offers from Keely Murphy, who also was NO pressure and super friendly to chat with while he was doing his magic. The entire process of the financing took just under an hour or so with only a few papers to sign and I was on my way after another short chat with both. ADAM BOBISH and KEELY MURPHY were outstanding to work with and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle here again! It was the simplest, easiest, hassle free experience buying a car I've had in my life. Keep up the good work guys!

Such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jason and Ben were so helpful and professional. The entire team was incredibly friendly, making my dad and I feel right at home from the moment we walked in the door. They made everything so seamless and easy. I had been disappointed and discouraged by my experiences at several other dealerships, but Randy Marion Subaru turned it all around. These guys are truly quality people, and we actually were able to enjoy the car buying process— something I didn’t even think was possible! Thanks, y’all! So happy with my new ride!

I use this dealership to service one of my commuter vehicles. As an Airline Pilot I travel a lot and my time at home is valuable to be. I had an issue at the dealership that would have required me to go to another place to get a required part. Tom went above and beyond to find and replace the required part. It saved me a lot of time and turned what would have been a negative experience into a positive one. When you have people who understand customer service it makes you want to come back again and recommend others. Tom even noticed that I was a military veteran and offered a discount. Thank you Tom for paying attention to detail and providing top notch service!

Masks are worn by all staff. There are plexiglass partitions (not full length) in the finance offices.
