Updated 5.17.22 Its here ! Steve Rodgers(Captain America)is great 👍. Been a huge help with ordering a truck. Very Experienced in this process. Very happy with him. It came in ,its just what I wanted. Steve is the man to talk too. The 6.2l is the way to go ,its my 2nd truck with the 6.2l.

Randy Marion was a great dealership to work with...Steve Rogers helped me in sales and Nick helped with finance. Both men were great to work with. Steve helped me find a Tahoe in this crazy market right now, I am so pleased with it. He was always available and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Steve Rogers!! :)

If possible it would be ZERO stars! Absolutely the worst place to have mechanical work done on your vehicle. I don't know what has happened to their service dept, they used to be efficient, trustworthy and competent, but I would NOT trust them to do any type of service work. For the last 4 months we have had to repeatedly take our vehicle back to them to fix issues THEY have caused during the initial repairs as well as not fixing the issue we brought the vehicle in for. We are out of pocket almost $1000 to fix their mistakes. We have made phone call after phone call with no call back. We have left voice mails pleading for assistance to correct this matter and NOTHING!! We have left messages for managers Jeff and Mike and still NO RETURN PHONE CALL. We have been Randy Marion customers for the purchase of our last 3 vehicles. If this is how you value your customer.....NEVER AGAIN!!!! We are sick and tired of hearing "we can't get anyone to work", "we are so behind", we understand those issues BUT being behind/short staffed does not affect the QUALITY of work that should be done! Randy may be the King of Price, but he is the Pauper of Customer Service.

Excellent experience! Highly recommended. I work with Andrea Clayton from sales and Paul Nasonov from Finance. They were very kind and friendly. Everything was clear from the beginning to the end of the deal. Great service and assistance during the process. I bought online from Miami Beach FL, and everything was easy. Thanks guys, for my new 2021 Suburban RST!
