I believe that the packaging must also be intact and unopened for items that may apply to. You will also get credit based on the lowest price that item has been on sale for not what you paid. They are no Walmart where you can return a bunch of cheese and any random thing that will show up on a scan in the system. Good luck!

I believe that without a receipt the return would be at the discretion of the manager. As a general rule no return without receipt unless there is some other documented record of the purchase.
