I love the Mystic Mountain salad. Everything there is delicious and fresh! The Mystic Mountain comes with three scoops of lemon garlic hummus, cashews, green apples, cucumbers ,shredded carrots ,shredded beets, sweet corn ,spring greens with a vinaigrette to die for! Yummmmm
Most popular salad I think is the Explorer. They are all fantastic in there own way though!
The Explorer is my go-to. Find that it goes best in a wrap with avocado as add on.
