I asked for a special order tuna sub. I said please have equal parts tuna and pickle... they did not under-deliver. As much tuna as usual SOOO much pickles and no extra charge.... so happy with my order. thank you.

I’m extremely upset with the customer service experience I just had with Santoro’s of Lowell, MA and their unsettling customer service representative I spoke with on the phone. I’m also very disappointed in their driver/delivery agent. The woman on the phone was very hostile and their driver refused to utilize the delivery instructions I provided. The woman answering the phone hung up in my face. Being a pregnant mother and a single mother of four children that is very high risk this has caused me extreme emotional distress. I submitted very specific delivery instructions to meet me at my front door at least because I will not leave my children unattended in my home to walk to their car for food I am paying for. I used to enjoy and appreciate ordering from here but I strongly suggest if you want to be treated with adequate respectful human decency that you don’t. It is terrible that because of two employees of theirs especially the call representative they will be losing out on a very loyal customer. Santoros you should do better ! We customers deserve at least that !

An establishment that is timeless in the city of Lowell...a neighborhood favorite. Under New Management for the last few years but keep many old favorites as well as adding new options to the menu. Nit located in the best are of the City...many local homeless citizens in this area. From cheese fries to salads to pizza, pasta and desserts...Santoro's has it All!
