They have gone way down hill since ownership changed. Jimmys too.
They arent really mean they are just there to make the food an give it to the customer. If it was a place that specialized in customer service than it would be different, but what they lack in people skills, they make up for in there awesome food.....
I agree with you all and the delivery drivers are the worst
