I'm a customer of the Tilton, NH Market Basket and the days that I shop are Tues., Wed. and occasionally Thurs. I want to know why, on those days, that the majority of the time, when trying to purchase sale items the shelves are empty.

Could be timing

I am an employee at the Tilton Market Basket and the answer is that the truck that brings all of the merchandise to the store normally comes midweek because they want to be prepared for the weekend, the most busy part of the week.

I havent experienced that. Everytime I have been to Market basket on those days they have been ample supplies. You seem to have quite a few negative reviews.

Monday's are the best days to go. Hardly anyone there

Not enough trained staff, not putting there orders in right, leaves some products out of stock alot, summer help is the worst, lot of school kids and they don't take there job serious

I go on Tues. and i never have that problem. Just ask a manager and there usually some out back.
