I went there to order food for my family. I spent 71.00 after I paid I was told they had no mac and cheese. I was asked what I would like instead and I told the girl I wanted Mac and cheese. She came back and said it would be about 15 minutes and was asked to wait at the entrance since the I dinning area was closed. I waited and someone came out with my order. When I got home there was no mac and cheese only mashed potatoes. I will never go back there and If you were smart no one else would as well. They take your money but dont give you what you order.

I ordered a famous bowl, my all time favorite always order this when I go. I asked for extra gravy and extra cheese, got home and this was so dry and horrible I paid $12 for the meal and a side of Mac and cheese, wasn't even full, waste of money, very disappointed 😞

I ordered a chicken tender bucket. This was the largest I received out of the three. The biscuit and fries were cold and rock hard. I'll likely not ever return to this particular KFC.

On 2 separate occasions I ordered the Famous bowl, my first 1 had over a dozen pieces of fried dough, none with chicken in them,maybe had 4 with chicken ,wasn't happy but had already left. My husband's chicken tenders were very dried out as well. A few months passed & I just thought it can't be as bad as my last Famous bowl. WOW! was I wrong, much worse....hardly any corn or gravy & those fried pieces of just dough, was about all that was in it!! The place is not equipped with the proper people to run it, therefore they will surely ruin its Famous Reputation! We won't go back
