The guy who was running both Electric and Plumbing on Monday, July 18, 2022 was knowledgeable, helpfu and cheerful. He helped me choose a hot water heater and provided me with a different approach to the installation than I planned. I ended up with a better installation.

Overall good, only issue was it took about a week to put my new grill together. When I got there I was told they just get them out front, they don't make them. They have inoroved service, but there is less staff. The store is stocking carefully so check online first

The sales people are very helpful especially in the Gilford NH store. I was looking for a certain style refrigerator and stove. I was explained about certain stainless finishes and quality of the brands. Right now most products at on back order and they explain that . Delivery was a little tedious. My first refrigerator was damaged during delivery. They let me use it till a new one came in. The delivery men were very nice but don’t let them leave till you have inspected everything.

Seems like everyone is wearing a mask and seems to pay attention if people aren't wearing one. They have extra at the door just in case. I WOULD recommend they have a few sanitizing places throu out the place. But seems pretty safe
It is, at best, a 50/50 chance that anyone from Lowe's will see this and respond. Your best bet would be to call them, or go into the store.

pJust bought 7 ton - they didn't have Green Supreme but the price of it's better quality??? was much better than home depot and their prime pellet ... Good luck I mean the price was drastically better. I know someone who works their and he said their quality pellet is better than Green Supreme which I've burning for years...better than 8...
