Poole's fixed both my wedding ring and my engagement ring, the prongs were loose and I had broken stones. It was not an easy fix, but they did an awesome job on them! Now my wedding set looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the job they did! Thank you ❣️

Even with an appointment there was a significant wait. Helped by multiple people. Which required multiple explaining. The complimentary service of checking jewelry for fakes is nice but employees acted as if it was a waste of time when a paying customer arrived.

Due to Covid, we operate with our doors locked to limit the amount of clients in at one time. We also request to see ID's when we greet you at the door. The intention with this practice is to keep our staff and clients safe. Facial coverings inside of a jewelry store poses a security risk, so requesting ID's dramatically reduces our risk.
Hi Brandon! There are many variables that impact the cost of a ring sizing. The cost depends on how many stones the ring has, how wide the band is, what type of metal it is made of and if I can be done with a torch or if a laser weld is needed. We would love to see the ring in person during our store hours and we can give you a quote at the counter before you leave the item. -Shawna (Store Manager)
