Yes. Call them in the morning. In the future, if you can't commit to a pet please don't get one. It is extremely traumatic to the animal. Cats generally live 15 to 20 years and dogs 10 to 15 years. Just something to keep in mind. I am not trying to be mean. I'm just trying to speak for the cat that's getting displaced.
