From what I remember, you have to fill out an application and have insurance to volunteer there. I filled an application out about 6 or 7 yrs ago.
Yes u can you just go right in and it 16 years old and up ask for joe he can talk to you more about it he is a really nice guy he did alot for me and my dogs
You can volunteer not sure of the age and there is training
