I work for a lowes loghting vendor. We are always getting calls from customers who do not have a receipt and need to return one of our lights. We have to issue an rga. Ask to speak to a department manager and ask them to call the tool company and get an rga. If that doesn't work, call the tool company directly.

You could always call Lowe's customer service. Or call the company who made the tool. They usually will help. Cheers.
