The camp site is primitive yes tents are allowed. There is bike cycling trails both paved and dirt there are hiking trails on both sides of the road you can only stay 10 days at a time if you have a camper they have a place to dispose of your wast you also can bring your horses they have trails for them as well.

Tents are allowed, as well as hammocks. I'm only familiar with the primitive campsite, no electricity. Not sure about monthly discounts. I would suggest calling the ranger station.
