What's the rain policy

I dont think they have one but you call a head to be safe

Rain doesn't affect operations as much as lightning. If lightning is within 15 miles, most rides will close. They might offer rain checks

Depending how bad the weather maybe you could compensation tickets to come another day

Some rides actually close down in the event of rain. Unfortunately they're usually the cooler ones, like Flying school!
