No. They do not get in free. however, they get a free birthday button pin and a lot of special attention such as verbal birthday wishes. If you stay at the on site Legoland Hotel, they get a special birthday song and a special delivery to room.request it at check in. That was how it was for my grandson when we took him anyway.
I cannot find any information on their website about this. They do mention that they do NOT offer any special rates for birthday parties, but I think you can get a birthday button at the ticket booth
