No child will truly enjoy any theme park. They won't be able to remember it, you won't enjoy it, and most of the time they will need a diaper change or need to eat or some need. A park is enough for that age.
I don't think a 1.5 year old will enjoy Disney's parks maybe they'll enjoy Legoland better, get a room at the beach retreat, go to the water park but make the baby wear long sleaves swimsuit, a hat and lots of sunblock. There are a few water activities an adult can do while carrying a baby that age. Do legoland, wait a couple of years to take them to Disney's parks would be my suggestion. Good luck!
For toddlers disney is way worst than legoland, there's absolutely nothing in disney for small toddlers, besides taking pictures with the characters and looking lines. At least legoland has duplo section and less lines..
Not really they have a small section for the littler children
There are a few. They have play areas too. One of them is tot world that is specifically for age 2 and under. They will like playing with the legos too.
Not sure if they have rides for that age group
A few not a lot though..
There are few for under two. There is a cool duplo section with some kiddie rides. Not much more...

Does a ticket to legoland get you into the waterpark as well, or is it a separate ticket or add on?
