If you’re having difficulty with any state program ask to speak to the supervisor. If the supervisor is still not accommodating your needs, go above him or her. Make sure to send certified letters or emails that are professional, typed-out or well written and “spell-checked.” Don’t get angry with anyone, but stand firm. If you are mentally disabled contact the Department of Mental Health. They can assign a case worker to help you. I hope this helps. God Bless.

That is crazy. People should not wait that long to get their stamps. Someone should be there to answer all the questions regarding a person's benefits.
