Hey I got a silly question if my child’s father was paying child support through DOR and then got put on child support through DTA who would he contact to pay his child-support ? DTA or DOR ?? Thank you in advance !

Hey lala617dummY it's crazy right but it's like a def $50 dollars if he don't pay or even if he does? The 50 from DTA u get means if he gets any DTA he loses $50 off it every week. He probably don't get DTA but if he ever does he owes and won't get any of that money u get till he pays them back. It's cause so many father's don't pay so someday somehow

It would still be DOR.. DTA should give you an extra 50.00 every month they won't count that as a part of your benefits or income at all..
